Me and de WAVE
One day
Mi Boss (B) : " San..since now on u will be the one in charged to do all the design approval "
Mi (S) : " Hehhh.. why me?? "
Mi Colleague (C) : " Isn't that me the one who in charged to do all the approval "
S : ...... (still in the state of shocked)
B : " Yup, but start from now, she will do all the design approval "
S : ".. But why me? "
B : " Coz u are from the creative department, so it's will be more effecient if u also do all the design approval...
So u can directly get the feedbacks, do the revision and send it right away to get the approval "
C : " So its not me again who in charged for those approval "
S : " But i don't know those people..i don't know how to do all those approval "
B : " But u can learn right? "
S : " Huuum yeah.........." (still in state of shocked)
B : " Okay u can learn then "
S : " How if i made mistakes "
B : " It's okay..that's process of learning right? "
S : " Yee...aa...a..h..."
C : " How about me? "
B : " You have a lot of things to do right? "
C : " Yeah..... (silent)....okay.....so it can reduced my work "
B : " Okay..so San u will do the approval.. start with..bla bal..bla..blaaaaa...."

Hummm all this approval things are new to me..i only do design and leading my team.. that's all the world i know..
And now..mi Boss asked me to come out from my comfy world and step forward to meet the bigger world outside my world..
For me..my job right now is like landing on a beach..building my sand castle with my team..which i called family..Where's everything sounds cool and comfy..with sun shining around.. some crabs might come over and try to ruined the castle..but it's okay..we always can fixed it..slow but sure..^^
But nowwww.. it seems like mi Boss want's me to come out from the castle..he asked me to go further..more then just stay in the beach.. He asked me to cross the sea and meet the waves outside.. The problem is...the wave is big..i can't swim..i don't know how to swim.. mi Boss only give me a surfing board.. He said tamed the wave and ride it on.. so u can surf and feel the beauty and fun of the sea..
And now on..i'm learning to swim...full of stress and doing a lot of mistakes
Some silly one sometimes (like forget to attached the image..saying unappropriate words, too pushy or too calm, confusing.. and many more to write on the list hehehehhe:-p) But i'm in the process of learning.. it seems like.. i already in the state of running..then someone pull my legs and i need to crawl to get back..
Everyday now is like having a class..about how to write well in english.. how to communicate with others in a pushy way but seems like not (hummm this one is hard..still not good in this..need to learn a lot from my colleague..she's good in this huehuehuee^^), begging for approval from those with different attitudes and personalities, chasing and run with time.. meanwhile still need to lead my team.. so they wont get in trouble and stay save in the castle..hehehe^^
Me my self.. try to tame the wave little by little..sometimes i fall and the water filled my mouth and lung.. that made me wanna scream and cry..But thanks God i have a good team and friends to support me.. they Ciayoo-ing me, listen to my problems, try to cheer me up and help me to stand up and go for the waves once more.. It's hard..but i'm learning on it.. and i hope one day i can really tamed the waves and ride not only a surfing board but a boat..so i can be the sailor of my team..and bring them to see the bright blue sky from the wide blue sea.. and off course with Jesus always as the captain of my boat^^
